Tattooing by Mee was established in 1987. The art of tattooing has been in the family for over 55 years. Mee’s step father Captain Jack and Philadelphia Eddie opened a studio in 1973. It was sold to his father, Peter Eagle, in 1975 — where he tattooed in Allentown for 38 years.
